We are local, friendly carers, caring for your little fury friends while you are away. Feel secure knowing we have your pets are being cared for with the highest standards of accommodation and care.
Paw Prints offers licensed, fully insured, caring accommodation for your loved pet. With accommodation for almost 50 dogs through our range of kennels and chalets, we can offer the quality of care you expect for your dog.
Our cat palace offers accommodation for 22 cats - the best in both standard, premium accommodation and external play areas.
We are conveniently located just a few minutes from the Burnie/Wynyard Airport and the Town centre. Situated in the quiet rural surrounds of Wynyard, Tasmania.
It's Paradise, Dog Style
All our dogs are exercised twice a day in a fully secure two and half acre paddock. All our exercise is conducted off leash and dogs are accompanied by a experienced staff member. In summer, the swimming area offers great relief from the heat.
All our dogs are fed a premium diet, but should the customer prefer their own pet’s special diet, we can easily cater for this. We can also administer medications for dogs and cats requiring any extra special care. All our accommodation is climate controlled and has surround sound to maintain a peaceful environment for the animals.
Our Services
Canine Accommodation
At Paw Prints we can care for your dog within a range of different accommodation type including private, standard, chalets and premium chalets.
Private Kennels are weatherproof brick kennels with an open westerly view. Standard kennels for the short term care of small dogs who require sleeping facilities only.
New chalets for dogs who love being outside. These offer a grassed and paved area allowing freedom for the dog to go in and out as they please.
Premium chalets for large or multiple dogs from the same family. These fully lined chalets each have their own snooza bed and a large grassed enclosure to allow the dog to exercise.
Cat Accommodation
Our cattery is a fully enclosed and secure facility. We offer standard and deluxe pens.
Deluxe pens include tv and a fully carpeted suite with igloo beds and their own outside play areas with safe and fun climbing facilities.
Standard pens are fully carpeted and these cats have a communal outside play area where they can climb, run or sit and watch the fish swimming in the pond.
